So you want to get fit with C3, now what? First, contact C3 via email or call (805) 474-4887 to speak to one of our CrossFit and USA Weightlifting certified trainers who will schedule a free fitness consultation and one week free trial sessions. This allows you to see our facility, meet our trainers, try out C3, be provided with a fitness assessment, and discuss your fitness goals and objectives. From there, we’ll recommend all athletes new to the CrossFit regimen take a 3-class private on-ramp program. This program places emphasis on technique, range of motion, and skill mastery as well as nutrition. From there you’ll progress to Crossfit Group classes and experience the intensity Crossfit is famous for. Crossfit is different than anything you’ve done for one simple reason: We train you like an athlete. Our philosophy is that if you train and eat like an athlete then you’ll look and perform like one.

Our workouts involve exercises that mimic everyday movements so that you can become stronger and more efficient in day to day activities.
